Linda Joy, spent years building her career as a Mindset Elevation Coach, publisher, and creatrix of five media brands. From high school dropout and welfare mom to successful entrepreneur, Linda’s path was full of hustle, striving, and proving herself through external achievements.
She also spent decades nurturing her emotional and spiritual growth, which is evident in the work she does. But it took a mini stroke at 40 and years of health challenges before she realized she was neglecting her PHYSICAL health.
