Jennifer’s Bio:

Jennifer Kenney-Smith is a Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic Practitioner. She embarked on her career as a yoga teacher to address her own panic attacks and anxiety, which she battled while working as a high-performing, overachieving corporate executive. Struggling with chronic stress, fatigue, low thyroid, and high cortisol, Jennifer discovered how to heal her body through Ayurveda & Yoga. She combined these ancient practices to create pattern interruption & to reprogram limiting beliefs. Her journey has led her to become a renowned somatic yoga teacher and empowerment coach, known for her blending of modern and ancient healing.
