When Karen found herself divorced and in her 50s, she realized that, in order to call her soulmate into her life, she first had to cultivate self-love and self-worth and become the person she wanted to be. She calls it “becoming your own soulmate.”

Once she started focusing inward, huge shifts began to happen, and she met her soulmate (now husband) on a trip to Paris in true rom-com fashion.
